This is a 2 Step process, both steps must be completed.
Please fill out the form below then click SUBMIT (you may have to scroll down to see the SUBMIT Button). After you have submitted the form, please send the funds through your bank’s eTransfer option to [email protected].
On the Message Option of the eTransfer form of your bank, add note:
“Spring Assembly 2026 Registration Payment” and your NAME”
Step 1 of 2 – Fill out the form and click SUBMIT.
Step 2 of 2 – Make the payment.
If you are registering for the event only (no meals), there is a $30 cost.
If you would like to Register and add the Meal option , please eTransfer $85.00 to [email protected].
